Our Mission

Wonderoom is an education and multimedia business that catalyses learning and regenerative growth to help people, nature and business thrive.

We are at a pivotal point in human and planetary evolution where the status quo and business as usual isn’t working. We have this decade to turn around our working relationship with the natural world, if we are to tackle the interconnected climate, ecological and social crises and set ourselves on a better path forwards. At the heart of this is disconnection - from nature and each other, which means we don’t always act on our inherent interconnectedness.

“You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.” New ways of thinking and working are needed, rooted in a deeper connection to nature, our personal power and collective leadership.

Wonderoom brings value in three ways - we equip people and business with catalytic learning through our multimedia productions; we work with leaders and brands to create and communicate nature positive impact in The Greenhouse; and we bring diverse community and ideas together.

Our Team

She’s advised purpose led global brands and organisations as an Associate Partner at Dalberg based in Nairobi and Head of Strategy for BT’s consumer and entertainment business based in the UK. It is this diversity of experience that led her to see the opportunity for a fresh approach to engaging people and business through immersive learning and storytelling alongside powerful channels for impact and collective action.

She is a presenter, speaker and writer on regenerative business and its relationship to the natural world, including as a contributing columnist for The Evening Standard and Ethos Magazine.

Wonderoom Talent Collective

Wonderoom Talent Collective is a network of experts who we flexibly draw on for Wonderoom work and projects. They span climate, biodiversity and ecology; media, storytelling and communications; and data, design and technology.

This allows us to bring the very best talent on board to meet the brief we are working on whether with a client in The Greenhouse or in a Wonderoom Production. Given the international and local nature of our work, this also allows us to combine core team skills with local and regional experts on a given project.
